Please reserve about an hour for your new patient exam. During your visit we will update your medical history, perform an oral cancer screening, check your teeth for cavities, review oral hygiene instructions, and monitor your periodontal (gum) condition. If we find any areas of concern, we will fully explain your options and make arrangements for treatment. If you desire, your professional cleaning can be performed at this time, as well.
Providing high quality care is the goal of our practice. Our office accepts cash, check, credit cards, and all traditional types of insurance. We will file your insurance claims for you at no additional charge. However, we do appreciate necessary co-payments and deductibles to be paid by the patient on the day of service.
In addition to traditional dental insurance, our practice has a flexible monthly payment plans through CareCredit and Citihealth. CareCredit and Citihealth are ideal for co-payments, deductibles, and treatments not covered by insurance. Both third parties offer interest free payment plans and extended payment plans.
